Damaged Shipment:
For your protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you inspect for damage. We
make every effort to prevent shipping damage, however, please keep the original shipping
carton and take the following important steps if there appears to be shipping damage:  
1) Quickly contact your local UPS, FedEx or Postal office for a Damage Inspection report.  
2) Request that UPS, FedEx or Postal office return the merchandise to the address listed on
the package. Please do NOT return the merchandise yourself. This may delay your reorder
or credit.  
3) Please
contact us immediately, we will not issue credit for products damaged in shipment
after 24 hours of receipt.

Terms & Conditions
4UCam understands that things do go wrong, and we want you to experience the most
pleasant buying experience. Please review these policies in the event any problems arise with
your order.

Payment Information:
For your shopping convenience and secure of your payment information, we use PayPal™
payment service. 4Ucam accepts PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Shipping Information:
All of our orders are shipped from California, via USPS or UPS with tracking number. Orders
are usually shipped within 2 business days of order receipt. Once your order is shipped you will
receive an email for your respective tracking information. Free USA shipping for order over
$200.

For international online order, please go to International page.  Standard order only
ships to locations within United States.
Refund/Exchange Policy:
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. Please
contact us (supports@4ucam.com) in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise
Authorization) and return the item within 30 days. (60 days during holiday season) All return must
have RMA.

NOTE: Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us unless pre-arranged, and we assume the
cost in shipping back to the customer if return is due to defect. Returns for exchange require
shipping charges to be paid by customer. All replacement/repaired products are shipped USPS
Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the
customer prior to shipment. Items returned for refunds must be in new resellable condition, and
accompanied by all original components, manuals, packaging and packing materials, otherwise  
restocking fee will apply. Defective items can be exchanged for a replacement within 30 days.
Shipping charges will not be refunded. All refunds & exchanges are subject to the final approval
of our quality control division.

For your protection, please use United Parcel Service or insured parcel post for return
shipments, and make sure you have tracking number, or delivery confirmation.

Please include a copy of your order and the reason for the return and the proper contact
information in case of any issues.
Defective or DOA (Dead on Arrival) products will be replaced by same or like product (if the
product is unavailable) and shipped to you at our cost. You will be responsible for return freight
of the bad merchandise.

In the unfortunate event of an incorrect order being shipped, the shipment will be issued a
pre-paid return tag for return. A replacement cross shipment will be shipped with a valid credit
card. Credit card will not be charged unless mis-shipped product is not returned.

N.T.F. (No Trouble Found)- If any product returned for service is determined N.T.F. (No Trouble
Found) by 4UCam or the manufacturer, the customer may be assessed the return freight and
service charge on the product.

Items showing signs of misuse or consumer abuse will not be accepted for return.

Items marked Refused or Marked Return to Sender without prior approval will be assessed all
freight charges and a 20% restocking fee.
Order Cancellation Policy:
Please submit any cancellation via email to sales@4uCam.com. Email cancellations must
contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This
information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please
provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to
canceling your order.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order
has not been shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted, and your order was
shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping.
However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will
refund the merchandise total less shipping and handling.
Warranty Information:
All our product carry warranty 30 days from us. 90 days from the factory.
