This is a commercial grade wired cameras and multi view large 9" monitor set. Once connected all wires and cameras,
screen will automatic show backup view when place in reverse. You can select to view any of the 4 cameras by push
button the monitor or using remote control. You can select primary view as one camera, split screen or quad cameras
view.
The Monitor:
- 9" TFT LCD Widescreen has split screen display option.
- 1 AV Input, one headphone and 4 camera inputs, PAL/NTSC compatible
- Trigger wire control auto switching to backup cameras when reverse
- LCD auto wake up to display camera when even triggered
- Volume, brightness, color, contrast and sharpness adjustable
- Switch between still image or video view of each camera
- 7/8" thin LCD sits on the fully adjustable base with built-in speakers

- Heavy-duty metal framed CCD water-proof 130° viewing camera, with Sun block and mud protection cover
- 18 high-powered IR LEDs for 50 feet night vision, with SONY 1/3" high-resolution CCD
- Metal case with 10G-force rated shock resistant, IP66 waterproof of resistance grade
- Non-corrosive adjustable steel mounting bracket
- Aviation connector with screw tightening and waterproof rubber seal glove
- 30-feet cable connects to monitor, optional extended cable up to range of 150 feet.

How to select and comparing:
All wired backup/rearview system takes time and cost to run the wires between the cameras and the monitor, connect to power and install the camera
and monitor on the right location. You want to do the installation just once, and use and enjoy it. So select a solid built, high quality system is very
important. It is specially true for the RV, trailer and big trucks, in the multiple cameras installation.
Here are few keys to look for with good quality wired backup camera system, when you do the comparing.
1. All the basic features - size of the screen, split screen or not, camera resolutions and so on.
2. Whether the monitor requires a separated receiver, or it is a fully integrated unit.
If monitor requires a separated receiver video box (cameras connect to the box then connect to the monitor), that means the monitor might be built
for general usage, not just built for the backup camera system. You will need to find a space to store the receiver somewhere in front of your
console, then connect the wire to the monitor. Generally a fully integrated special built system is better than combine parts from different factories
putting together to make a system.
3. Check out the video and power wire connector. Make sure they are screw tightening and waterproof.
Wires are subject to all the weather elements, the connector are the weakest link. You want to make sure they will not be pull apart and are
waterproof.
4. Camera is designed and built for car only, good waterproofing on front lens and rear wire connection. Shock force rated, and waterproof rated.
Metal frame is better than cheap plastic frame. Check the weight of the camera. The more weight, the more metal which is tend to be better built.
Make sure the mount base is non-corrosive.

Wired Backup Rear View System Set Warranty and Return Policy:
- Please note the warranty and return policy only apply to wired system, and might not apply to other product (i.e. baby monitor and so on)
Warranty
4UCam includes a 30 day warranty standard with any purchase on all wired backup rearview system. One
year warranty by manufactory. Within 30 days of purchase, you can send the product for an exchange or
refund with 4UCam. If a customer purchases an extended warranty directly from the 4UCam site they will
have full protection for the length of the warranty purchased. (see Protection Plans below for detail).
Any extended warranties purchased from 4UCam will be honored by the 4UCam team. Return the item and
it will be repaired or replaced. Items are usually returned to the customer within 5-10 business days.
Please note some issues may be solved via email supports@4ucam.com, and please allow up to 1 working
day to response.
Covered Issues
Our standard warranty covers all mechanical and electrical failures that occur during normal use. You
get 100% Parts & Labor coverage with zero deductibles. You must purchase the warranty at the same
time when you make the purchase of the product.
Length of Coverage
Your Care Plan length of coverage depends on length of the plan you purchased.
Coverage Amount
The Care Plan is good for multiple repairs, up to the maximum value of your item. Once the cost of
repairs meets the full purchase price of the item, your Care Plan is considered fulfilled.
Accidental Damage from Handling (ADH) coverage (ADH 100% Plan)
ADH coverage protects against drops, spills damaged in car accident. It does not cover loss, willful
damage or gross misuse.
ADH include all the coverage under the Extended Protection Plan.
Exclusions:
•Accidental damage: Unless Accidental Damage from Handling Protection (ADH 100% Plan) is
purchased, we don’t cover items that are accidentally damaged - such as dropped LCD, and cracked
LCD screens, damaged in car accident.
•Accessories and Consumer replaceable parts: We don’t cover accessories and parts that are meant
to be replaced by the consumer, such as batteries in the remote.
•Coverage is not transferable, and only apply to the original buyer.
Warranty plan refund policy: We will provide you with a full refund if you cancel your Service
Agreement 30 days from purchase of the Care Plan. If you choose to cancel your Service Agreement
after this period, we will pro-rate your refund based on how much time has passed.
Return Policy
At 4UCam Inc., our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever
reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 15 days of receipt of item(s).
You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount minus shipping
fees of the original purchase price. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as
tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we
will credit your account. Please allow 3-5 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card
statement.
Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, 4UCam Inc. reserves the right to refuse the
return or to charge a restocking fee of 15%.
How to return or exchange an item:
* In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
*To request an RMA number, please email to supports@4ucam.com, include your full name and phone #.
* Place the original package into a shipping carton. Return items must be in new condition.
* All original items including all accessories which came with product must be included in package.
* Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.
* The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box.
* Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility
of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages on returns.
* All return must be pre-authorized, with RMA#.
